Abstract The paper presents organizational-legislative mechanisms of creation and functioning of free trade areas and regional trade agreements as possible facilities of overcoming of financial crisis. Basic directions are certained in relation to collaboration and problems on a way to economic integration within the framework of these agreements. The approaches are offered in relation to the decision of problem questions which arise up in the conditions of global challenges and crisis phenomena in a world economy.
