Abstract. Properties are one of the components of communal assets, and as such they play various roles in the local government’s tasks. Property management types are therefore dependent on the classification of properties according to the functions they serve. The aim of the study is to present the reasons for choosing certain forms of municipal property management. Furthermore, the author seeks to describe communes’ revenues from sublicensing the rights to properties to other entities. |
