ABSTRACT. The ongoing growth of international business brings with it increasing demands associated with managing culturally diverse workforces. The cultural challenges that multinational companies must cope involve the synergistic approach of national cul- tural dimensions and leadership style. The present paper aims to evaluate the impact of these cultural challenges on international business by identifying the similarities and differences between cultural dimensions and leadership style based on correlation of Hofstede results and GLOBE scores.
