Abstract. This paper presents the main results of the study on preferences of tenants active on the office property market in Poznań. The study was carried out at the turn of 2011 and was triggered by the situation on the office property market in Poznań and imbalance in the supply-demand relation. The aim of the study was to identify demand-related factors determining the selection of an office by tenants.
